The staff at the 24-hour front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process.
The air conditioning in the room could have been better, as the old machine struggled to combat the sweltering temperatures during the night.

The houseboat offers a clean and comfortable seating area to enjoy the backwaters. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The food served on the boat is also good.
The AC in the rooms is not well-maintained and there is no control over it.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und top sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, ganz in der Nähe der alten Stadt von Palermo und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück war süß, aber sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles war super.

During my recent trip to Alappuzha, I had the opportunity to stay at Beach Paradise Day Cruise Houseboat - Vaccinated Staff. Although my stay was brief, I must say that the hotel provided two standout features that made my transit experience comfortable and convenient. I appreciated the fact that this hotel is ideally situated near the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. the hotel offered a shuttle service from the airport, which meant I didn't have to worry about arranging transportation upon my arrival. These two aspects made my stay hassle-free and efficient.
There were time restrictions in place, requiring guests to sleep at 9 pm only.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Paradise Day Cruise Houseboat. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a great time throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the delicious food prepared by the talented cook. The rooms were clean and spacious, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely recommend this unique experience to others.
